Welcome to Path: Achieve Your Goals, a personal growth and goal-tracking app designed to help you build healthier habits, stay motivated, and make steady progress. By downloading or using Path, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Path, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms that may apply to certain features. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Path. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors under their care.

3. Account Registration

Some features of Path require creating an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details

  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App

  • Interfere with or disrupt app functionality

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the app

  • Use the app to distribute harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. Path collects and stores only the data necessary to authenticate your account and operate app features. Most data — including goals, progress, mood logs, and personal notes — is stored locally on your device, not in the cloud.

6. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

Path offers premium features through auto-renewing paid subscriptions.

Subscription Options

  • Path Monthly — $14.99 / month

  • Path Annual — $29.99 / year

Billing and Renewal

  • Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s App Store account settings.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies, as Apple processes all payments on our behalf.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Path is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Individual results and progress may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aira Products LLC and Path’s creators are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of data, productivity, or profits

  • Issues arising from the use or inability to use the app

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to discontinue use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, and features in Path are the property of Aira Products LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Path after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or actions that compromise app integrity. You may also delete your account or discontinue use at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
